Athlete Terms

Once approved as an athlete, you authorize X1 EuroLeague to photograph and film your participation in tournaments and to use those images (photos and videos) in posts on the platform and its social media profiles, whether or not for commercial purposes, with no additional payment or authorization required for each use.

Each tournament has a participation fee of €50 (fifty euros), paid on the day and at the location of the event, before matches begin.

By registering for a tournament, you commit to paying this fee. Refusing to pay after registering may result in a fine and in being barred from future tournaments.

If you have already been approved as an athlete and refuse to pay the fee for a tournament you are scheduled in, a €125 (one hundred twenty-five euro) fine will be charged.

If you are scheduled for a tournament and, for a justified reason presented to an administrator, cannot attend, you must give notice at least 48 hours before the event's start time.

If notice is not given within that window, you must pay double the registration fee (€100), since an unannounced absence directly harms the opponent who prepared for the match.

By checking the confirmation box and submitting your athlete application, you state that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these clauses.
